2 slices of whole wheat slice bread
2 leaves of lettuce
2 slices of Low Sodium Sliced Turkey
Sun dried Tomatoes cut Julianne and drained
Spread hummus on both slices of bread, place lettuce on top, sprinkle sun dried tomatoes and finally turkey slices. Put both together cut them in 2 as triangles for fun on in 4 smaller squares for kids lunches.
